Agreement

By accessing or using the Copper Sun AI platform at coppersun.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and Copper Sun Content and Creative, LLC ("Copper Sun," "we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

Copper Sun AI is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides marketing teams and agencies with access to structured AI workflow modules—including Campaign Concepting, Content Strategy, Blog Writing, and others—designed to guide users from brief to finished deliverable. The platform is powered by frontier AI models from multiple providers and is accessed entirely through a web browser.

Accounts and Organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

Each subscription is associated with an organization. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your organization's account.

Subscription and Billing

Plans: We offer subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is available at coppersun.io/pricing.

Trial period: New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Seat-based pricing: Subscriptions are priced per seat. Additional seats may be added at any time and will be billed on a prorated basis.

Payment: All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. We do not store or access your payment information.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes before they take effect.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the platform to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or platform code
  • Share account credentials with individuals outside your organization's subscription
  • Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
  • Submit content that you do not have the legal right to use

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create, upload, or generate through the platform. By using the service, you grant Copper Sun a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

AI-Generated Content

The platform uses AI to assist in generating marketing content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. Copper Sun makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs. You assume full responsibility for how you use content generated through the platform.

Intellectual Property

The Copper Sun AI platform, including its design, software, workflow modules, and underlying technology, is owned by Copper Sun Content and Creative, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as described herein.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Google, and Voyage AI (AI processing), LemonSqueezy (billing), Cloudflare (file storage), and others listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Copper Sun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copper Sun and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and using the contact link in the footer of this website.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
